Even for conditions we cannot treat directly, we will assess you first, stabilize if needed, and arrange a same-day referral to an appropriate specialist hospital with a bilingual letter explaining your condition.

Consultations are held in English by the doctor directly. Our doctors and nurses are bilingual in Japanese and English, and our staff also assist in Chinese and Korean.
Beyond those, we use translation equipment that covers 41 languages in total. This is machine-assisted translation, not a human interpreter — it works well for describing symptoms, understanding instructions and confirming a diagnosis, and it means you do not need to bring someone with you or book an interpreting service in advance.
