本サービスでは、保険種別および診療種別により価格が異なります。実際の請求金額は予約画面でご確認いただけます。
Fees vary by health-insurance category and consultation type. The exact amount applicable to your booking is shown on the reservation form before confirmation.
・オンライン診療 / Online consultation: ¥44,000 - ¥55,000
・対面診療 / In-person consultation: ¥3,000 - ¥66,000
・訪問診療 / Housecall consultation: ¥60,000 - ¥75,000
・通訳サーチャージ / Interpreter surcharge: ¥20,000 (英語/日本語以外を希望される場合 / when a language other than English or Japanese is requested)
商品代金以外の必要料金 / Additional Charges
・お客様のインターネット接続費用 (オンライン診療の場合) / Customer's internet-access fee (for online consultations).
・キャンセル / ノーショー料金: ¥11,000 / Cancellation / no-show fee: ¥11,000 - applies when cancellation occurs less than 30 minutes before the appointment time, or when the patient does not attend the consultation.
・その他、振込手数料等が発生する場合はお客様負担となります / Bank-transfer fees and similar charges, where applicable, are borne by the customer.
支払方法 / Accepted Payment Methods
クレジットカード (Visa / Mastercard / JCB / American Express / Diners Club)
Credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, JCB, American Express, Diners Club. Card processing is provided by Stripe, Inc.
支払時期 / Payment Timing
1. 予約時 / At booking: カードの本人認証のみを行います (¥0 SetupIntent)。実際の請求は発生しません。/ Card authorization only (¥0 SetupIntent). No charge is placed at this stage.
2. 診療時 / At the time of consultation: 診療料金は提携クリニックにて別途ご精算いただきます。/ The consultation fee is settled separately at the partner clinic on the day of the visit.
3. キャンセル / ノーショー時 / Upon cancellation or no-show: 該当事象発生後 24 時間以内にご登録カードへ自動課金されます。/ The cancellation / no-show fee is automatically charged to the registered card within 24 hours of the event.
役務の提供時期 / Service Delivery Timing
ご予約日時に診療を実施いたします。/ Consultations are delivered at the date and time selected at booking.
申込みの有効期限 / Validity of the Application
予約申込みから 24 時間以内にカード認証 (SetupIntent) が成立しない場合、当該申込みは自動的に取消となります。/ If the card authorization (SetupIntent) is not completed within 24 hours of submitting the booking, the application is automatically cancelled.
キャンセル・返品 / Cancellations and Refunds
・予約時刻の 30 分前まで: マイページから無料でキャンセルまたは日時変更が可能です。/ Up to 30 minutes before the appointment time: cancel or reschedule free of charge from the management page.
・予約時刻の 30 分前以降: ¥11,000 のキャンセル / ノーショー料金を申し受けます。/ Less than 30 minutes before the appointment, or for a no-show: a ¥11,000 cancellation / no-show fee applies.
・診療開始後の返金は原則としてお受けしておりません。/ Refunds are not generally available once the consultation has started.
・サービスの性質上、医療上の理由により提携クリニックが予約を辞退する場合があります。その際は SetupIntent を取消し、お客様には一切の請求を行いません。/ For clinical reasons, the partner clinic may decline a booking. In that case the SetupIntent is voided and no amount is charged to the customer.
提携クリニックについて / Partner Clinics
本サービスは予約および決済プラットフォームを提供するものであり、医療行為自体は各提携クリニック (赤坂・渋谷・大門・浅草橋・長野・大阪 ほか) の医師資格保有者が実施します。/ This service operates as a booking and payment platform. All medical examinations are performed by licensed physicians at our partner clinics (including Akasaka, Shibuya, Daimon, Asakusabashi, Nagano, and Osaka).
